„Super nice accommodation. Very affordable in off season. “

„Great service staff that is helpful in any situation and the view is just spectacular!“

„快適に、夏期休暇を過ごす事が出来ました。 冷房設備が欲しいなぁと、思う日がありました。“

Being at a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, I think the sophistication and quality of the onsen, gym, spa and in-house skiwear boutique weren't up to par. „I was a impeccable stay from start to finish. The room, the facilities and specially the service was better than expected. I highly recommend.“
