"Im Prinzip gibt es nichts zu meckern mit der Ausnahme der vielleicht etwas zu hart geratenen Matratze und das sehr zeitige Reservieren der Sonnenliegen einiger Gäste. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen, auch wenn wir nicht unbedingt zur Gattung gehören, die jedes Jahr am gleichen Fleck buchen, weil man es ja bereits kennt und keine bösen Überraschungen befürchten muss."

"Gutes und grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Hotelküche generell ist sehr gut. Westliche und indonesische Gerichte sind sehr authentisch gekocht und lecker. Der Pool ist gross und sauber. Der direkte Zugang zur Strandpromenade ist super. War einige Male früh am Morgen die Promenade entlang bis Pantai Legian joggen. Die Hotelanlage ist toll und weitläufig."

"Ein wirklich schönes Ferienresort mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten und einem super Service. Nur durch eine Straße vom Strand getrennt. Das Hardrock Hotel verfügt ebenfalls über eine Bar mit Bühne, auf der jeden Abend unseres Aufenthalts kleine Liveacts stattfanden. Der Poolbereich bietet für jedes Alter einen Platz, wobei der Fokus ganz klar bei den Kindern liegt. Somit bestens für Familien geeignet. "

"We stayed for 10 days with our two children (ages 9 and 4). The breakfast was excellent, and overall the food was very good. Our son has a severe nut allergy – the staff were helpful and supportive, but we missed having clear allergen labels at the open buffet. It would have made things much easier instead of having to ask about the ingredients each time. The beach, unfortunately, was not what we expected. It was not very clean, and instead of soft sand there were mostly stones, which made it uncomfortable for us to swim.
