„We enjoyed our stay at this beach front gem. The back yard is amazing with a path to the beach. The house is tastefully decorated oozing with character and has the features you need . Grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge with ice and water dispenser.2 coffee makers (one with k cups and one traditional). „This home is located in a great spot directly across from the park playground and splash fountain. We could easily take out young kids there daily. The fenced in yard was great for kids and our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, the only down side to the home is the flooring is slanted in a couple spots. If that bothers you it may not be the best home, but to us it was fine being an older home and all. The originsL features were great! We would come back.“

„This property is fantastic! Very spacious and incredibly clean. Main bedroom has a king bed that is very comfortable. It also has its own bathroom with updated walk in shower. The next bedroom has a queen bed and we were told that it too was comfortable. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is probably best suited for children. „We had a lovely time at this very clean house. Notes for families: one bedroom is on the bottom floor, and three on the top floor (may not work for all families). One bedroom on the top floor doesn't have a door. It's in the common area. It worked for us, but may not work for everyone. Sony was very responsive and had very detailed check in and check out procedures. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone! „We planned a quick get-a-way and decided to come to Cape Charles to spend the day and stay over night. The house was charming with plenty of room. The owners communicated well and they were very accommodating on my last minute trip planning. The beach wasn’t far at all and town was in walking distance with nice weather. We came in March so it wasn’t perfect beach weather but we are hoping to come back when it’s warmer! “

„I actually did not stay on the property because host cancelled at the last minute and put me in another home ( his mother's house) When I arrived there was someone at the house. It was overbooked and host did not even tell me. I had to call. Left me without a place to stay. “
