„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„Adorable cottage close to the beach and main strip of Hampton Beach. The living space has been updated and has a great coastal/beachy vibe and was exactly as described. Everything that we needed for the weekend was provided to us, including plates and utensils, bath towels, linens, small appliances, etc. The AC unit also worked great. The host, David, was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process couldn't have been easier. We had a wonderful weekend here and highly recommend!“
