„This property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive to UNH and 5 minute walk to downtown Dover, though I wouldn't want to undertake its steep street on a snowy day. Travis is a great host who pays attention to the little things like providing a well-stocked coffee bar, an assortment of soaps, chilled wine glasses and frosted beer mugs. Unfortunately, this property is a subdivided old house that falls short on the big things. The main bed's springs are shot, making it far too soft.  ...

„Liked that the kitchen, dining and living room was all open and made it spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped fridge, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and other utensils one would need. Bedrooms were nice. Adequate closet space. Vinyl plank flooring throughout which is nicer than carpet for allergies and in case of spills. Parking was easy. „This is my spouse & I’s 2nd time going through Manie & Leslie to stay over for the holiday weekend for our deep sea fishing trip & to visit some family!! They’re amazing hosts!! Always checking in to make sure you’re having a good visit & that your stay with them is going ok!!! Such an adorable cottage *cutest decor*, very clean & within walking distance to the beach/Hampton beach strip.We had such an amazing time & can’t wait to book another trip with them!!“
