„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We were a group of 3 couples plus one additional adult (mixed ages 23 to 86) and everyone enjoyed their stay. The beds were comfy, water pressure was great and there were more than enough towels, linens, blankets, pillows, etc for everyone. There is a/c in every room and it works very well.
