„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„We have stayed at this location the past 3 years and love it. The location is perfect. Close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and far enough away to have some solitude. Just a nice ocean breeze and the sounds of the ocean. We love that is pet friendly as well. Highly recommended!“

„What a fun little getaway! First time in NH visiting my baby sister where she grew up and well this awesome cozy space made it even better. To start we arrived crazy late, Neil was extremely accommodating waiting to show us around. Everything was perfect! It was so perfect for me and my daughter. Wish we could of stayed longer, but hope to return soon! “
