„Pros: PERFECT location steps from the beach; three bedrooms; quirky vintage experience. Cons: as seen in photos and other reviews, this is a well loved well used very old beach cottage. While cosmetic stuff didn’t matter to us (e.g. backyard is dingy w broken toys and grills), some functional problems were annoying (kitchen sink doesn’t drain and we tried cleaning the trap and it didn’t help; one shower, once turned on, wouldn’t turn off). „Traveled from northern NH to the coast to see a show at Hampton Ballroom Casino, meeting up with friends from RI. This cute place is a block outside the main drag and most everything was perfectly walkable to/from the quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy and the shower was excellent for the cold rainy days we happened to be there. “
