„ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. “

„We stayed here for a week because we attended a VB tournament in Orlando, commute was not bad at all 15-30 minutes depending on time of day & traffic, had everything u could possibly need except I would recommend some basic seasonings like salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder(we forgot to bring & didnt realize until cooking began), also a regular deck of cards would have been great, the beds are super comfy, the towels were amazing, gonna buy some for home & the resort area was great!! „The hot tub was broken our entire trip. We could not ever get hot water for our shower. We were told to let water run for 15-20 minutes! That is such a flagrant waste of precious water and should NOT be allowed. We had to sign in to internet DAILY and sometimes ThAT was not working either!? Many times during our stay the elevator did not work. We assumed we would have a balcony but did not. We sat on the 3rd floor hotel balcony only to be locked out! It was 3 in the afternoon.
