„All servigroup hotels are of a high service and work to a formular that works well, this hotel is no different but please be aware it is right opposite a bar called morgans which is one of the busiest along the famous benidorm strip ! So the noise at night is constant, people shouting and laughing as they come out up to 5am! If your light sleeper its definitely not for you!!! But if you want handy to all the bars and clubs its fabulous, thank you calypso im going home for a rest xx“

„Pleasantly surprised. This hotel was immaculately clean. The pool area included. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The rooms are small but good enough for a long weekend visit, AND. No charge for a safe that was in the room. Mid week worked well for us as it seems that a lot of stays/hen parties are booked it for weekends Would stay again (mid week) “

„Absolutely loved this hotel so much, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A beautiful pool area which was nice and quiet to send the day and the room, very clean and functional. Always use servigroup hotels as I find they have amazing standards and food at reasonable price. The Venus was no different.“

„Die Kaffeeautomaten im Frühstücksraum sind etwa 20 Jahre alt: sollen erneuert werden. Es war für alle Gäste, auch Spanier, ziemlich schwierig, einen annehmbaren Kaffee beim Früstück aus den 'uralten' Automaten zu holen. Tlw. kam nur heisses Wasser ...“
