"(5*) Helpful staff, especially in the late morning afternoon shift. (5*) Air conditioning, which was really needed in the summer. (2*) The mini pool was useless to us. Too small, too shallow. (4*) Nice High Bar at the top of the building with a nice view. (5*) Very nice clean rooms. Nice bed, clean white sheets, pillows. Nice clean bathroom. No windows there, though. (3*) Room photos look to be edited by Ai, and don't really match the room. 80% correct, 20% nonsense in the images. Look at the toilet mirror reflexes and the windows. We were at the "Family Quadruple Room, Pool Access". It's still a very good room. (5*) Big nice fridge. (5*) Good working room safe. The hotel is very close to the main part of the Beach at "Puerta de Mar" and also close to the mountain starting steps. I recommend this hotel. (5*) Wifi.
