„Communication with the property owner was excellent although there were no issues to communicate. Rather the owner kept us well informed and just checked in with us via message. Made us feel reassured. Inside the condo was very nice, owner took care to keep rooms clean and added small things like shampoo, soap etc which was helpful. „My husband and I stay at POC every year, this was our first time staying in this unit and it was just like the listing showed and described. Perfect location for the beach and pool, lovely views from the roof and the screened porch. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure. Could use a dusting, but was clean. „The carpet was filthy. We took pictures in case we needed proof it was like that when we arrived. Tiny mirror in the bathroom over the sink and no mirror in the bedroom to use as an alternative. „The apartment is exactly as described, it is located in a quiet complex, almost directly by the sea. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything smelled fresh and good and the communication was great. However, I only found out after booking that the pool was closed. The nearby Tower Beach Club doesn't allow tourists in, only members and residents. That was very annoying.“
