„The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy. ...

„- Pool war geschlossen, sah aber herrlich aus und war gefüllt - Terrassenfenster nicht zu öffnen - Empfang per Bildschirm (hat alles sofort geklappt und Mitarbeiter war sofort verfügbar) - Zimmerkarte war immer wieder deaktiviert, d.h. musste jeden Tag neu aktiviert werden - Frühstücks-/ Aufenthaltsraum war super und sauber - Schöne Aussicht auf die Deiche hinter dem Hotel aber dadurch viele Mücken“
