Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
This hotel should be called The Hilton Chaos. Extremely loud, having to wait for everything, not enough spots at the pool for hardly anyone. The room needed maintenance on the toilet so it stunk up the room. Also we had to buy a pan because the one in the room was scratched up with Teflon coming off in the food. Instructions for the coffee pot were ridiculous had to call to have someone come up and show me how to make coffee. Also was offered 80,000 points for my Hilton Honors, but was rejected by a person that mad3 us feel humiliated. I have stayed at alot of Hilton properties but for the money this was the worst. Not what we expected at all. Lastly the valet parking personnel were incredible. We had to park in the lot across the street in the rain or we would have been late for dinner because the line for checking in was insane, cars backed up in the street.. These guys were under so much stress to get people in the building. So we had to park across the street in the rain. And last but not least we went to use the blender and it had pieces of glass in the broken blender, we called the front desk and about an hour later we recieved the new blender but we no longer needed it.
I believe we need a refund for the worst trip to Myrtle Beach in the 15 years I’ve been going there.
