Asked for a new room, issue was pretty much the same and we went to reception the next day to cancel and the receptionist started talking loud and did not stop or listen. „Mit dem Zug (Bahnhof in der Nähe) schnell in Neapel, Sorrent und Pompeji. Kleines Hotel ohne Fahrstuhl. Alle Zimmer in der ersten Etage. Frühstücksbufet klein, aber sehr lecker. Balkonzimmer war mit Blick auf das Meer und den Vesuv. Straßenverkehr war bei geschlossenem Fenster wenig zu hören. Vico Esquense selber mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Essen/Trinken und wunderschönen Orten zum Ansehen. Ich fand es toll!“

"We booked an economy double room. Unfortunately, no exact size information was given on the website. The pictures made the room look much larger, so we were disappointed by the actual size. For two people, the space was very limited, there was only a single-door wardrobe, although the photos showed a two-door one. Overall, it was hardly possible to move around in the room with two people. The photos definitely gave a different impression. In our opinion, the room is highly overpriced for what it offers. The room was located on the 4th floor under the roof, with sloping ceilings and oval windows that you could not look out of. In addition, the elevator only went up to the 3rd floor. On the positive side, we would like to mention the very good location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the friendly staff. Everything else was fine – only the size and furnishings of the room did not meet our expectations."
