"We booked an economy double room. Unfortunately, no exact size information was given on the website. The pictures made the room look much larger, so we were disappointed by the actual size. For two people, the space was very limited, there was only a single-door wardrobe, although the photos showed a two-door one. Overall, it was hardly possible to move around in the room with two people. The photos definitely gave a different impression. In our opinion, the room is highly overpriced for what it offers. The room was located on the 4th floor under the roof, with sloping ceilings and oval windows that you could not look out of. In addition, the elevator only went up to the 3rd floor. On the positive side, we would like to mention the very good location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the friendly staff. Everything else was fine – only the size and furnishings of the room did not meet our expectations."

"Ein wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Sorrent. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren ausgezeichnet. Besonders die Hotelmanagerin ist hier lobend zu erwähnen, die sich jeden Tag bei jedem Gast persönlich beim Frühstück erkundigt, ob alles ok ist. Auch im Vorfeld der Reise wurde man per Mail gefragt,ob man Fragen hat etc. So konnte man einen gut organisierten Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel in Anspruch nehmen. Auch bei der Planung von Ausflügen bekommt man Unterstützung. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem eine hervorragende Unterkunft. "
