„It was not clear during the booking, whether the studio is situated in Hotel or in Residence. As we figured out at arrival, it was in residence, but we wanted to stay in Hotel. The personal at reception was friendly and obliging and helped us with rearranging our booking. We had no any other problems with hotel and have spent very nice holidays on the seaside of Tuscany. We would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children.“
