„The staff was nice and helpful. The location is convenient and the metro entrances are just across the street“

„This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!!

„We had a very pleasant stay at river house. The views were amazing, the location ins superb! We would definitely book this apartment again if we come back to Shanghai. In total we stayed 5 nights, there wasn’t a thing that we missed. The staff was very quick to help.“

„Right in the heart of Shanghai, you can't find a better place to stay. The apartment is well maintained, and the staff was amazingly helpful. The registration process is a little different than a hotel. But the staff walk you through the entire process. I have already booked another 2 nights with this company at a separate property and am looking forward to my stay. You will not find a better deal than this.“

„Not the standard expected, that’s not a 5 star hotel. The shower was VERY DIRTY, please check the posted pictures. Not well maintained, not clean and no friendly service. “
