Baan Santhiya Deluxe Villa 1

This was our family home from when we completed the project of 4 houses in 2008 until July 2019, when we relocate to Portugal for our sons' education. We LOVE our house and have spent a great deal of time replacing all furniture and re-decorating. It differs from our other Baan Santhiya Villas in that: 1. It has an extension of the open plan kitchen / living area (air conditioned), 2. The swimming pool has a 'jacuzzi' bench and waterfall.
Included in the price, you get 2 round-trip tuk-tuk transfers PER DAY to the beachfront in the daytime (200 baht per trip charge at night-time). We have a total of 6 villas in our small quiet side-street. 24 hour security + CCTV. Breakfast can be cooked and served in the villa - Continental breakfast @ 150 baht per person & American breakfast @ 250 Baht per person.
