Welcome to stay at Villa 'Bovila' in wonderful Koh Samui! Koh Samui island combines the friendly and accommodating atmosphere of Thailand, the wonderful beaches and exquisite Thai and international cuisine with international standard services.
Villa 'Bovila's comfortable midcentury modern style offers a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
You'll enjoy fantastic views of the sea and neighboring islands. You will be in front row to the beautiful sun-sets and very close to the beaches.

Upon request, we will organize some additional services to make your stay even more comfortable:

We will meet you on arrival, and give you a tour of the villa.

Additional information

- Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 7 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common practice in Thailand. Please respect the environment, do not leave lights and air-conditioning on needlessly.
- Airport pick-up (one car only) three times weekly house cleaning and pool maintenance are included in the rental price (**These free services don't apply and will not be provided free for bookings with 40% or more discount**)
- If you require daily cleaning or any additional house keeping, we’ll organize it for you (you will need to pay the service directly to the service provider)
- If you require any additional services like Thai cooking or Baby Sitter, we'll organize it for you (you will need to pay the service directly to the service provider)
- As usual, we are charging a ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The deposit is USD 500 (or 450 EUR/ 17,000 THB), payable at arrival in cash to the Villa Manager.
- All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.

HOUSE RULES

- NO SMOKING INDOOR, please. Smoking allowed only outdoor in the patio/garden area

- No loud music after 10 pm (indoor and outdoor), please. Please be respectful of neighbors, some whom live here full time.

- Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 8 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common practice in Thailand. Please respect the environment, do not leave lights and air-conditioning on needlessly.

- As usual, we are charging a refundable ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The deposit is 10,000 THB (or 400 USD/ 400 EUR), payable at arrival in cash to the Villa Manager.
