A bright and airy luxury villa with a walled and gated garden and private pool, a perfect place for a Koh Samui getaway!

The villa is fully air conditioned and finished to a high standard with a contemporary hotel feel and it is set in a private tropical garden with large 4 x 7 meter pool.
The space
The villa was designed to make the most of the tropical Thai temperatures. All of the rooms have floor to ceiling windows that open fully back and lead out to the garden, terraces and pool.

The main living area is bright and modern with high vaulted ceilings, a wonderfully comfortable, oversized leather sofa, huge footstool & swivel chair so that you can relax by the TV or swing around and enjoy the view over the pool. The living area is fully air-conditioned to keep you cool and a large Smart TV and blue tooth speaker to keep you entertained while you stream your favourite Netflix shows or listen to you favourite tunes.

The high end kitchen is also in the living block perfect for entertaining. There is a large centre island with seating for four , dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and all cutlery, crockery and glass ware and cookware should you wish to cook.
Pull back the front set of doors and you walk out to the pool, slide back the side doors and you are in the feature outdoor, covered dining area with teak table and seating for six.
Fantastic for evening entertaining or just to relax in the shade.

There are two master bedrooms both with views out to the pool and garden, plenty of wardrobe space, Smart TV's, and sumptuous soft furnishings. Each bedroom has a spacious en suite shower room, with rain head showers and beautiful natural stone vanity surfaces.

The beautifully presented villa benefits from its own private pool and sun deck. High walls and gated entrance offering you total peace and quiet. All linens and towels provided ( beach towels on request) .

Baan tai Tara 4 is centrally located in the quiet hamlet of Baan Tai, and just 400 metres from the beautiful beach, its boutique resorts and fabulous sunsets.
The village itself has a choice small restaurants, two shops, therapeutic massage, a gym and laundry facilities all on the door step and friendly locals who have the time to stop and chat.
We can also help you to organise your car hire or scooter rental, food delivery from one of the local restaurants, babysitter, private island tours, boat trips and catamaran hire. Our property manager has a selection of ideas that you may like to try on you holiday. Just ask.

The villa accepts children but special care should be taken as the pool has no barriers/guard rails. Smoking is allowed outside only.
Guest access
Baan Tai Tara 4 is a luxury, serviced villa for your private use only. During your stay you you will have your own keys and come and go as you wish although once you arrive you may not want to leave!
