Very stable and well maintained, but we has two people in our party in their 60s, and we did not have a car. The hill was a challenge. If you have a car, or are younger, it is not a problem at all. Beautiful view from the house too.“

The back deck has amazing scenic views with many bald eagle and sea lion sightings. The house has a separate floor with bedroom and bath which was perfect for two couples.
