„Twice I stayed, two years apart and it's showing its age. Seems clean but lacks in overall cleanliness. Beds need replacing, sheets weren't totally clean, pillows are uncomfortable and carpets need cleaning. There are way too many employee areas and lots to be remodeled. Staff is generally nice but they don't seem to appreciate being productive and parking in the covered area that's for unloading and loading for customers.“

„Seit 2016 nun komplett neue Zimmer. Modern und Ansprechend Eingerichtet. Bei unserem Aufenthalt viele Hunde im Hotel. Frühstück ist okay aber sehr unruhig da alle Leute die zu den Zimmern wollen durch den Frühstücksbereich laufen. Ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe. Für eine Nacht okay. Ca. 45min Fährt nach Pigeon Forge.“

„The room was old, dirty, and full of broken amenities. Brown marks on the walls, dirty marks on the bed sheet, hair on the towels, broken drawers, TV didn’t work, light fixtures with broken bulbs.. about all that worked was the shower and the toilet. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the people next door to us were definitely smoking in their non smoking room, but the staff didn’t do anything about it.“
