Throughout the home, classic Tennessee colors, nostalgic artwork and vintage-inspired Volunteer details tell the story of generations of UT tradition. But this isn’t a college-themed crash pad. It’s an elevated Knoxville retreat built for adults who want to reconnect, celebrate and stay together without sacrificing privacy or comfort.



The brownstone features three private king bedroom suites, each with its own full bathroom, plus two additional half baths. That means three couples, parents and adult children, or friends traveling together can each have their own comfortable space.
