„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. „I just love Home 2 Suites! I think I will choose them over and over again for the simple reasons that they are all newer , housekeeping comes to clean your room and replace towels. They don’t ask if you want to save the environment by reusing towels. I like all of the shelves in the room so my luggage isn’t on the floor. „The person checking us in was distracted by another employee so didn't complete telling us all the information ie time of breakfast, wifi code etc. Even though they knew we had 3 people in the room there was only 2 k cups available. Morning staff was more helpful“

„We were depending on the free airport shuttle for a late pick-up (around 12:15 am) and we were not picked up until almost an hour later because the one shuttle driver was sent in the opposite direction right before we called. Very disappointing after calling the hotel several times before our trip to insure a pick-up after a late flight.“
