„Nachmittags gibt es ein wechselndes Buffet - wird ständig nachgefüllt. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, auch hier wird regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Büffetbereich ist zu klein, Sitzplätze sind sehr knapp. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes waren viele Familien im Hotel, entsprechend unruhig war es am Buffet. Personal war aber sehr bemüht.“

„The staff is friendly, and the suites are spacious and adequately equippped. A room cleaning was arranged after two days, although NO such cleaning had been scheduled (for a four-day stay). Unfortunately, breakfast is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils. The food was adequate, but the eggs are probably powdered. Given the relatively low price, the service was sufficient.“

„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. „Huge blood or other bodily fluid stain on one of the bed mattresses. Sink drain stop not connected. Box of supposed new soap was wet when opened and likely used. Closet door glass was cracked. Large discoloration on the ceiling of peeling paint area from a past roof leak. Peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. Bathroom is tiny and the door has to be forced past the toilet because it’s too close. Other than that the staff was nice. Property was clean. Breakfast was good. Was only able ...
