„This is a great location if you do not want to stay in a crowded area. Easy to use water bus to get around. Quiet at night but does have some early morning noise with grocery store 7:00. Property managers on site and very helpful.“

Für einen Venedig- Besuch (Urlaub), wenn es abends oder nachts doch etwas ruhiger sein darf, eine erste Adresse. Wir fanden den Preis auch völlig in Ordnung. „Really loved staying here! Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, clean and modern, with kitchen and washing machine. We go to bed early so we lived the quiet neighborhood and being away from the crowds. Plus the vaporetto makes it easy to get to Venice and then back to relax in your home away from home. Highly recommend for quiet vacationers.“

„This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated.
