MANAGER/CONCIERGE/HOST... he is ALL of these things... and performs every position with APLOMB !!!... Man oh man... Dave checked me in and was a helpful host... IMMEDIATELY !!!!... The guy literally walked me to my room... brushing away palm fronds that dared to be in the way of our path !!!... On the way, he talked about the hotel, the amenities... He explained ...

„Marisol and Anton were absolutely wonderful hosts. The room itself was huge and gorgeous, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The views were second to none, but the service was what truly made the difference. You are in excellent hands and Anton is an amazing chef, the best on the island! Das Zimmer war neu aber chaotisch, da funktionierte nur die Hälfte, bei der Klimaanlage ist man fast weggeflogen weil sie so stark eingestellt war, konnte man nicht regulieren… und viele weitere Details, sehr schlecht geschlafen, der Strand und das ...
