„Very nice lost place. But you have to write explecid that you have a safe route to the hotel with the car and maybe you put it on your hotel description because the GPS shows very bad roads if you don'r know it. Bute without this it's really a beautiful place. “

„Beautiful hotel well located for hikes in the area. We stayed in the large cottage which is a very nice spacious option for families. Staff was very kind and accommodating (always went the extra mile) and as others have noted the food was really excellent. Light and healthy and tasted very fresh—the best food we had in Rwanda. “

„Lovely and large room with king bed and a fire place. Ensuite was also large. They also put hot water bottles in our bed at turn down - such a lovely gesture. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Food good and fresh too. We also saw a Golden Monkey there too. Nb. Worth noting that the laundry service doesn’t include ironing/pressing.“

„Ich buchte am 25 Dez. einen Bungalow als wir dort ankamen sagte der Manager uns das er keine Buchungen von Hotels.com oder Expedia akzeptiere sondern nur bar oder mit Kreditkarte und unsere Buchung stoniert wurde er hätte das Hotels.com mitgeteilt. Wir protestierten und zeigten ihm unsere Bestätigung und wollten das mit Hotels .com sofort klären .
