In the UPPER LEVEL you will find a fully updated kitchen with quartz countertops and dining area. Relax on the comfortable leather couches! Three king bedrooms and the master connects to a bonus room with two full beds and an outdoor deck! Two full bathrooms.

The LOWER LEVEL contains a bedroom with a king bed and two twins, a full bathroom, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric frying pan, sink and coffee maker. The game room contains arcade pacman, soft-tip dart board, professional foosball game, game table, board games and puzzles.

You will definitely enjoy the 4-tiered decking where you will find the crow's nest, hammocks, rocking chairs, round picnic table and a variety of chairs.

*Cancellation policy is full refund within 60 days of check-in minus the 3% credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
After booking, guests are required to sign our short rental agreement electronically. A $300 security deposit hold is placed on the credit card 2 days before arrival and is automatically released within 3 days after departure, pending no damage or excessive cleaning. This is an authorization hold only, not a charge.
