TOP LEVEL:
Located on the top level is a Great Room with cathedral ceiling, a Living area with flat-screen TV (gas fireplace is not for guest use), the dining area (seats 8), kitchen island (seats 4) and a well-stocked Kitchen with appliances including a single-serve (pod) coffee maker. A half bath is located nearby and a King Master Suite with private deck access, soaking tub and separate shower. Guests have access to the sun deck with screened porch.

MID LEVEL:
This level has 4 bedrooms which flank the den in the center of the floor. The King bedroom has shared bathroom that is between another bedroom has 2 Bunk Bed sets. Across the floor, there is both a King Master Suite and a Queen Master Suite.

GROUND LEVEL:
A large, comfortable Lounge area has a wet bar with wine cooler plus an ice maker appliance to keep your beverages cool; there's a second refrigerator on this level also. The Shuffleboard table is a new addition to this room (picture to come). There is a full hall bath (shower) available. The new private pool is ready and the new hot tub will be located near the pool deck.
