„I would have rated cleanliness a 5 star but our first day back after checking in to our room, the freshen up was bad. Bed was not made well, towels were thrown on the bathroom rack and after asking for an iron it was not left. I called a total of 3 times to request an iron and board. Other than that a beautiful view and front desk staff were very nice!! Thank you. “
