„The best choice in Nairobi away from unpersonal chain hotels. At Acacia we really felt home. The rooms are decorated with a lot of attention to the detail. The matress is amazing (by far the best we had on our trip!). And the best thing is: you are doing something good for the people. The proceeds are used in the New Hope projects in the Kibera neighbourhood. Thanks especially to the lovely and welcoming staff! We will be back :)“

„There is a manager Job that schedule several tours only wanted me to pay in cash and didn't pay for parks entrances and when I asked to be paid back he sent to my driver he was honest but not in my hand like I paid him the staff around him is exceptional the internet there is none this hotel need new management“

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and encouraged. My room was clean as well but could need a renovation. The breakfast wasn‘t fancy but more than okay. The price-performance ratio was totally fine. The only thing what bothered me was the very poor WiFi. Altogether I got what I was expecting and had a nice stay at this place."
