„Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city.“

Nur, dass wir unsere Pässe im Safe vergessen haben und wir nach 10 tagen merkten das es im Hotel ist und obwohl wir eine Mitgliedschaft bei denen haben uns nicht mal Bescheid gegeben wurde. Leider mussten wir 10 mal anrufen und an 4 verschiedenen Orten fahren (4 verschiedenen Polizeistationen) um unsere Pässe zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation war nicht so, sonst alles sehr gut“
