The house is very open so we could enjoy being all together at all times. There was plenty of beds for all, and the mattresses slept wonderfully. Communication with the host was exceptional. Our family would definitely recommend staying here to all.“

„Perfect rental for family of 4. The kids room (w 2 twin beds) has a deep closet & little cove walkway to closet. It would prob fit a pack & play and extra air mattress (twin) if your family needed. We reserved it again for next year! The dune between the beach and the house was HUGE and we could not see the beach from our porch. We were not bothered by this. Had a great vacation! Check out the ice cream sandwiches at Sunrise Seafood Market. You're welcome ;)“

„Pelican Point was a wonderful place to spend a week with our family and friends! It is located close to stores and beach access and is a short drive to Avon if you need the Food Lion. The house is slightly dated but extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly have needed to cook meals and the huge dining table was a wonderful bonus! We used it for meals plus games, puzzles and just visiting. Bedrooms were very nice with very comfortable beds. The true gem of Pelican Point ...

„The property is a neat little duplex right on the beach with a deck with chairs looking at the ocean. It's a bit of a hike to the ocean (steep dune to climb). Propety was clean, well equiped. This has been one of the best kept properties I've stayed in.“
