Guest Access
Guests have access to the Pool, Gym, Tennis/basketball court. bocce ball and horseshoes between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The amenities are closed at other times of the year. The pool card/fob is the way to access the courts, pool and gym. $150 replacement fee if card is lost.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Other things to note
Renters must be 21 or older. Condo HOA rules prohibit any smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside condo and enforce quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. Pets are not allowed.
