The Cute & unique Lazy Bear PINK condo is centrally located less than 5 minutes from Kings Beach & North Star Resort, 10 minutes from Diamond Peak & only 15 minutes from Incline Village & Squaw Valley Resort. The condo offers Pool, Spa, Sauna, Game Room, modern open layout & multiple sleeping options, including Twin bunk beds, Queen sleeper sofa & Singe foldout chair-bed in living room, kitchen, bathroom, lovely fireplace & spacious patio and beautiful view of the forest.

Feel free to park at any available spot between building #1 and building #2. Please make sure to not block any of our neighbors cars during your stay!
Please don't park in the small parking lot behind the building, this is only intended for home owners.

This includes incorporating new decorations, throw pillows and blankets, furniture, and bedding, and refreshing the color scheme. However, we guarantee that all necessary amenities are provided to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable.

Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their ID . Once verified, we will provide you with the door code.
-Show ID 3 hours before arrival. Check-in at 4 PM. Early check-in fee: $50/hour. Late check-out fee: $50/hour after 11 AM ($100 for each additional hour).
-Maintenance: We prioritize emergencies.
-No events, parties, or pets without approval
-No smoking, drugs, or eating/drinking in bed.
-Respect furniture, use designated parking.
-Violation of rules may result in extra charges or termination of stay.

*Winter Weather*

We understand the unpredictability of winter travel, especially when it comes to reaching Tahoe. Please note that in the event that unexpected weather leads to road closures and impacts your travel plans, please be aware that our policy doesn't allow for refunds in such weather-related circumstances.

Tip: We recommend obtaining travel insurance as an additional layer of protection for your trip. Your travel insurance may offer assistance or reimbursement for unexpected delays due to winter storms.
