Perfekte 1 Schlafzimmer Villa! In der Nähe des Ferienzentrums und tierfreundlich!

Diese kürzlich renovierte Villa mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad, Mariners Watch, liegt nur 300 m vom Strand entfernt und bietet eine großartige Aussicht auf die Natur und die Lagune vor der großen Veranda.

Das Gerät wurde mit frischer Farbe und einem neuen Master-Bett mit Kingsize-Bett aufgefrischt. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Das offene Konzept Haupt-Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und Küche führen zu der abgeschirmten Veranda, wo man einen Tisch und Stühle haben zu essen, entspannen und den Blick auf die Lagune genießen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt zwei Flachbildfernseher (einen im Schlafzimmer und einen im Wohnzimmer). Das Gerät verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie WLAN. Es ist auch tierfreundlich!

Mariner Ruhr Villen sind in Kiawah East Beach, nur über die Straße von Nachtreiher Park mit Basketballplätze, ein Fußballfeld, Spielplatz, und Nature Center. Das East Beach Tennis-Anlage ist eine kurze Strecke entfernt, ebenso wie der Markt in Zentrumsnähe, wo man eine Kleinigkeit zu essen oder eine Tasse Kaffee bekommen kann.

Kiawah Island ist bekannt für seine natürliche Schönheit und umfangreiche Tierwelt bekannt. Es bietet eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten der Familie; Fahrrad fahren auf den Meilen von Radwegen, mit Delfinen auf dem Fluss, Krabben und Fischen aus dem Dock Kajak, entlang den zehn Meile langen Sandstrand entfernt, das Ufer nach Muscheln und andere Schätze, oder einfach nur genießen das Leben auf der Insel zu kämmen. Pet Friendly and Exceptionally Clean

This property is perfect for a couple and pup! I have never travelled with our Goldendoodle before and was apprehensive about the cleanliness of a pet friendly property. With all hard surface flooring, it was easy to sweep away any sand our pups paws brought in and he was perfectly happy to sleep on his towel on the floor. Our dog loved the screened porch where he could watch people pass on the nature trail behind the property. The unit has been recently renovated, with a beautiful bathroom and lovely bed linens, and had everything we needed for the week. We would certainly stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Wonderful weekend stay. Perfect location on Kiawah Island. Home was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to everyone planning a trip to Charleston. Property management was the best - professional, thorough and available to handle any issues.

4260 Mariners Watch Stay

My husband and teen daughters stayed Easter week. The good: Close to the beach - literally steps. Sliding doors open the screened porch to the living room Comfortable king bed in the main bedroom Clean with games, books, TVs and Wifi Nice kitchen appliances and cookware, glassware, utensils The proximity to the beach is fabulous, but this unit is also close the The Nest (for coffee, snacks, quick bites, drinks etc), a nice basketball court, and nature center. There are some needed improvements. Disclaimer is that we did not contact property owner or Sweetgrass about these items during our stay. We did not want to have to relocate our pets in the event someone needed to come to the unit. 1. Sleeper sofa is not usable. The sofa mattress is very thin with hard metal coils that are not padded, and the support sagged so that you could not find a place to lie flat. We could not use it. 2. There are pillows and linens are provided, but extra sofas in the closet are bare - no pillowcases anywhere to be found, and stained. I would replace with new pillows and cases, or discard. 3. The thermostat had a note not to set temperature above a certain setting. We obliged, but were uncomfortably hot at night. The inside temp was close to 10 degrees higher than the setting. We had to sleep with sliding door open with fan in front. 4. Windows could not be cracked to ventilate. The latches are broken and will not function to open.

Great little condo

Perfect for our son, daughter-in-law and their small dog to stay for a week while visiting us in Windswept. The condo is clean, stylish and the kitchen is well equipped. A few extra things would make it a perfect 5 star rating. - extra hangers - hooks in the bathroom and hallways for wet towels, jackets, beach bags - at least two luggage racks (there is only one) - extra towel bars in the bathroom for wet towels We provided our kids with extra paper towels, toilet tissue, Kleenex, detergent, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags as Sweetgrass suggested. We also took advantage of Sweetgrass’s offer to arrive at 2pm for an extra $50 and leave at noon for $50. A very nice perk! Overall, a great little condo for a weeks stay in beautiful Kiawah Island.

Great Screened In Porch!

The porch with rocking chairs was so wonderful for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Clean place with all the amenities you need for a couple day trip. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Nice property

Having stayed in other units in the same complex this one compares good in most areas. It was clean, nicely decorated, very close to beach. However the kitchen was not fully equipped. The dishwasher and washer/dryer are old and needs replacing. The tv is too small for the room size in the den. Lastly the door needs a deadbolt for security reasons. The door now is just a door knob that could be easily opened by intruders.

Good location, but the property could use touch up for paint, handles, and appliances. Needed a tub stopper, which was supplied upon request, but figured things like this should come standard. Hope they maintain the property!

Close to beach

It is a short walk to beach and pet friendly. We enjoyed having our dog with us. We would stay here again, however it needs some maintenance. The top rack of dishwasher needs repair and lights under kitchen cabinets did not work. The shower is in the jacuzzi tub and quite deep. It would be helpful to have a bar to hold while stepping out of the tub. Kiawah is a wonderful place where we have been visiting for 40 years.

Amazing Kiawah beach haven

Perfect for two, this condo in a gated community was well-appointed, clean and cozy. Great location on Kiawah Island, close to the beach, golf, fine dining etc. The screened porch was perfect for relaxing at sundown watching the deer stroll by. We loved our stay here!

On day 2 of my 4 day stay the toilet backed up and overflowed. It took two phone calls to get a response from the property manager. Finally Roto Rooter arrived after 9 pm. He was there doing his thing until 10 pm. left with wet, grimy floor and soiled towels. I left a day early.

Nice fairly clean condo for lovely stay in Kiawah. Very close to beach. Appreciate allowing dog to stay. Only minor critiques, such as nowhere to hang stuff (towels, etc), limited kitchen space, and an odd noise when air conditioner running. Nothing to take away from the always beloved beach and bike trails of Kiawah, a family summer tradition.

We really enjoyed our stay - was a nice place in a great location. 1 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the town center. We got locked out one night and Sweetgrass was extremely responsive about letting us in. The only negative was the cleanliness.... there were black hairs all over the floors and bed sheets when we arrived. Overall however, it was a great stay. We'd do it again.

Cozy and close to beach

The place was cozy and cute. Would have rather the screened in porch faced all woods with no bike/walking trail but the short walk to the beach made up for that. Bed was quite comfortable but the bedroom didn’t seem to cool down with the rest of the place. Updated furniture and decor was nice. Thank you for having us.

Will Come Back

We will comeback, since the villa is close to the water. We prefer ocean front, but not many available when you have 2 small dogs. Villa was clean and functional except the fridge opened the other way, and this was super annoying. That should be fixed. Management was great and responsive. There was no broom, but they got us one right away.

Great location on Kiawah

We have been coming to Kiawah for years and this is the first time staying in this unit. Overall we enjoyed the amenities, appreciate the dog friendly nature and proximity to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the rockers on the porch were great for enjoying morning coffee. We would recommend a deep clean to the unit as there was sand on the kitchen chairs, spider webs and the drain was clogged with hair in the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
