This beautiful open floorplan 2nd floor villa enjoys an enviable location adjacent to the award-winning Roy Barth Tennis Center and just a short stroll to the beach, The Sanctuary hotel, East Beach Village, and Night Heron Park. Exterior details such as custom awnings, latticed balustrades, wide windows, and hipped rooflines set the Tennis Club Villas apart. The spacious living room opens onto the screened porch via a pair of sliding glass doors that provides natural light and extends the living space. The updated, efficient kitchen opens directly into the dining room and features a suite of stainless appliances and ample counter space, including a Nespresso machine. The large bedroom enjoys an abundance of natural light from a double set of windows and an updated bath.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of $200 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
