„We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.“

„A very pleasant stay! I stayed two nights while visiting for work. I felt very safe the entire time. As a smoker, I appreciated the ashtrays that are placed strategically to allow you to smoke and easily dispose of your butt. I especially loved the outside seating area and the live plants placed everywhere. Would definitely stay again! And, thank you, Evelyn, for being so kind and helpful! It was such a pleasure meeting you!“

„The resort is very nice but the staff and service is not good. The service in the restaurant was terrible it took 20 minutes just to get a coffee. The front desk staff were not friendly and the internet was not working so I didn’t have TV service in my room. I asked for a 1/2 hour late check out and they wouldn’t give it to me.“

„Booked a king suite, no sofabed, just coffee table, no washcloths, no shower curtain, bathroom door wouldn't close. Wouldn't recommend“

„The hotel is fairly new and modern, but the air conditioning is very loud and unfortunately only with limited functions. Completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range, however, is the lack of room cleaning and the poor information about it at check-in. Supposedly the room is cleaned daily if this is announced at the reception... it did NOT work! We had only one (!) room service in four nights - this means on the other days that the wet towels are on the floor, the trash cans are not ...
