PETS:
* We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $50 pet fee
* The backyard is partially fenced, so dogs should remain supervised and leashed when needed
* Deer are frequently seen in the yard and throughout the neighborhood
* Please clean up after your pets inside and outside; dog waste bags are provided
* A $250 fee may be assessed for an undisclosed pet
* Please do not allow dogs on the furniture
* Dogs may not be left unattended in the home unless crated
* Cats are not permitted

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please remain at least 25 feet from the house and dispose of all cigarette butts.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A signed rental agreement and damage deposit authorization are required prior to arrival.

A $500 authorization hold will be placed on the guest's credit card two days before arrival and released after the property has been inspected following departure. This is not a charge unless property damage occurs.
