„I expected that the cabin would be ruined from the flood. I called a day or so before I was due to arrive when I got an automatic message about arrival. Of course I was not comfortable coming as I had a reservation for the end of camp and camps had closed and girls sent home. Becky was very kind and understanding and allowed a refund for our stay. We're going to give it a little time and try to rebook what looks like a fantastic property to visit.“

We especially loved the jacuzzi, the well-equipped kitchenette, and the peaceful view of the creek and sky from the back patio. It was everything we needed to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, quiet setting!“

„What a great experience for me and my family. First of all, the scenery and wildlife are spectacular. From early morning and evening deer, to my kids getting to feed the pet longhorns onsite, it is something they will not soon forget. Sabrina, the manager, took great care of us, and her homemade chocolate chip pancakes were a BIG hit! Mimosa for mom and dad weren’t bad either! We will definitely be back!!“

„This location is absolutely fantastic. Direct access to the Frio river for swimming, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful view. We were a family group of all ages, and everyone had a wonderful time. Easy communication with the owner for questions. Highly recommend.“

„Stayed the night for my wife’s birthday. Fredericksburg is our favorite place to visit, and this is now our favorite place to stay there! So close to everything while being tucked away off of Main Street just enough to get the outdoorsy cabin vibes as well. Thanks to the gracious hosts, Ted and Leah, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We will be booking with them again very soon! “

„Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so.
