„Our stay in the accomodation left us with a horrible impression. On our arrival, we had to wait for over an hour cause of their ignorance on how to operate the charging system. They were very rude and claimed that it was our fault (as well as Hotels.com fault) that they had not gotten the payment by then, when eventually they realised what they had to do. „Just WOW this place is so luxuriously beautiful. From the reception to the guest washrooms to the rooms everything was so high end. I still can’t get over the doors and windows and the quality of the buildings. Katerina and the rest of the staff were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. I could go on an on. Koufonisia is already heaven on earth but staying here just completes the dream. We miss you already!“
