„A beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained resort with a great beach - but unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by several disappointments. We booked a VIP corner room for three nights at about totally 300 dollar more than the standard rooms. Check-in took over an hour, despite having a separate VIP desk, mainly due to major communication issues. The room itself did not match what we had booked; instead of the expected view, we were looking mostly at a neglected corner of the property. ...
