„Very "basic" lodging close to airport. Google Maps is accurate. Small room but very clean. No aircon but ceiling and standing fans. Very nice staff. There's a TV but it's not plugged into any cable or satellite box (at least mine wasn't). You could plug in your laptop if you have an HDMI cord. Good WiFi .Good hot water. No bottled water or bathroom amenities to speak of. Basic breakfast brought to your room. It's quiet. It's inexpensive. It's safe. It supports a local small business.“

„Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale). The rooms, dining room and pool were clean (although the rooms smelled a bit musty), the staff was super nice/polite/helpful, the breakfast was delicious (eggs, pancakes, samosa, yams, fresh fruit and coffee) and there is a restaurant for lunch/dinner as well. The bed was fantastic - best night's sleep I have had since I arrived in Kenya ...

„ This place has no contact on their web and no clear sign showing where it is if it is there! My lyft driver and I when to the location on the map only to make circles. We even ask and nobody seem to know anything about it. We headed back to the airport where I spend the night sitting down.“
