„Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! “

„This was a decent stay. We were hoping to save some money by going this route instead of a hotel for overall price and a kitchen, and we did save money! There is major construction happening next door, so that was loud, and no AC, though we did find a window unit in the closet that saved the day. There were also stand fans. „The apartment was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the central area of Lugano. Communication with the management company before and during our stay was very good. The towels, bed linens, dishes, cutlery and cooking pans were all very nice. We did eat out a lot, but preferred to make breakfast at the apartment. Mit vielen Möglichkeiten von dort aus etwas zu erleben wie baden im See, in der Maggia, shoppen in Locarno, wandern am Monte Bré, essen in einem Rustico. Ein sehr sauberes Haus das mit liebe gepflegt ist und alles hat was man braucht. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Thomas der immer verfügbar war und gute Tips für Ausflüge hatte. „Beautiful place to stay!! The title ‘View and Art’, describes it to a T. The apartment is in a great location to soak in the amazing views of the lake and harbor, complete with the twinkling lights of the city at night. "Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel am See. Ruhiges, schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht inklusive Kühlschrank. Sehr schönes und modernes Bad. Habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch genial. Direkt am See und nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof Locarno, von der Bushaltestelle und vom Piazza Grande. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Lobby und Restaurant. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Leider gibt es im Hotel Restaurant nur noch gehobenere Courmet Menus zu einem hohen Preis. Normale Menus gibt es leider nicht mehr."
