„We stayed there for 3 nights and got an upgrade to a suite. Thank you so much! The service was fantastic. The choice at the breakfast buffet was huge and there is certainly something for everyone. Opposite the hotel is a huge park with a very large playground. Our children loved it and still talk about the big playground every day. We can highly recommend this hotel, in particular it is very child-friendly and all wishes are fulfilled. Will stay here again for sure! “

„If you are after a clean and reasonably priced placed close to NRT with free airport shuttle, this is it. I booked a slightly better room category including breakfast and had no complaints whatsoever. If time allows go for the breakfast, too. “

„Das Hotel ist über alles gesehen gut. Schadebwaren bei unserem Aufenthalt das japanische und chinesische Restaurant geschlossen. So hatte man leider nur die Möglichkeit ein Restaurant zu benutzen, dass Buffet, "Western style" á la carte, Bar und Frühstücksort in einem war. Ansonsten würde dem Hotel ein neuer Anstrich sicher gut tun. Für ein Flughafenhotel mit diesem Namen ist die Anbindung mit einem Sammelbus für 2 Hotels gleichzeitig jede Stunde eher dürftig.“

„Nous avons été upgradé, mais la chambre sentait la cigarette. Ca me rappelait les vieux hôtels de Vegas. Mais le staff était vraiment très gentil et mise à part la chambre vieillissante, l'emplacement était parfaite.“

When we were here the roof top restaurants and the bar was closed, but there is also a little grocery store with beverages of all kinds next to the lobby. The buffet restaurant also provides good food. The pool and the gym are good as well.“
