Nice apartment and convenient location

My wife and I stayed in this nice little apartment for a few days while we were visiting Kansas City. It was convenient to downtown and comfortable for our stay. We had a problem locating the thermostat, because I didn't carefully read the visitor guide. The property manager was quick to help when I emailed asking about it. We will consider staying here again and at other properties managed by this company in the KC area.

Bed was comfortable and had mostly everything to cook small meals. Nice space for a couple with room to spread out. Loved the porches and felt comfortable hanging out when we had time. There was one issue during our stay but they have Robert and all was great within 24 hours. Coming back!

Girls weekend getaway

Good location. Decent stay!

I rented this house to have a nice staycation for a weekend in KC to celebrate my gf’s birthday. The place was very nice and we definitely enjoyed our stay. I will say that the bathroom had a faint smell of urine, which turned me off right when I entered. I didn’t like that… And also we could not locate the thermostat. Luckily, the weather was mild enough, but we were a little chilly. I think there should be a posted message about that. If there was one I missed it. I enjoyed the stay. Could have been better. Also… I did t see a way to contact you guys within the app that you communicate to me in. I noticed there was an area that said to communicate with you if I wanted to have a different check in. But I could not seem to find a way to actually communicate with you. So that was a little frustrating. I did an easy Google search and found the info… But you should actually have it listed within the app. Again… If it’s there I missed it. Thank you for a good day though.

KC trip for concert

We loved the location of the property, walkable to many different restaurants, shops. The house felt very clean and was nicely decorated. There was a sweet neighborhood cat that greeted us and other people staying on the street. Our biggest issue was weak water pressure in the shower and a slow draining tub. The street-facing balcony has a downward slope that made it feel a bit scary to be on! Overall it was a great trip made better by staying in a great rental.

Overall the stay was nice. A couple of areas could have been cleaner. The stove top had grease from a previous tenant and the fringe needed to be wiped out. Also the shower curtain needs to be hung lower to prevent water on the floor. As for parking I was told it was off street but it wasn't nor was it a problem to get on street parking right in front. Finally found it in bad form to offer a discount depending on the review. The location was perfect and there were some nice eateries close by. Would stay again if allowed after this review LOL

Very beautiful place to stay 10 minutes from pretty much anything you want to do. The first two nights It was pretty hot but that’s because the unit to control the AC is behind the painting in the living room so heads up.

Stay at Kozy in KC

We were here for a concert at the Kauffman Performing Arts Center. The property was really close to our venue. We enjoyed walking through the City Market downtown close by the property. We never had to get back on the interstate. This place is close to downtown venues and the Power and Light district. We would stay here again for events in this part of town. Kristen our host was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and the decks were nice. We didn't get to use them due to the weather, but nice anyway. It's a quiet street and blackout curtains let us sleep in. Thanks for a nice place to stay while here.
