„A nice hotel with a big pool even though the pool area isn’t welcoming at all (nowhere to sit, no towels etc). I’ve seen some comments on stuff in previous reviews, I’d say that they were friendly in Indian standard. Good area close to the bus station. WiFi not working. “

„I am sorry to say, but the hotel was not worth the money. We paid 150 Euro for a night and for that money I expect way more than was offered there. We received a room without windows there was food tears on the floor, the wall were torn down partially and you could see the plumbing and it was super loud. It was not my first time in India and I booked rooms for much less money that were way better. Will not recommend .“

„We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. „Very poor service! Disappointed. Though they have renovated the rooms, it looks good but the service is very poor. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. In one room AC was not working and we complained almost 5 times and nothing done! Even the restaurant once famous for good food now I regret going there. Food is oily and can sense its re-used oil.“

„It is a room in an unkempt old house, with no security at night. No breakfast included. Expedia showed three rooms, 2 AC rooms and one non AC. We booked AC room making full payment online. At the time of check out the caretaker asked us to pay extra money for the room, saying it is a special room. We felt it is too much for that kind of facility.“

The pool area was enjoyable due to the lack of other guests, but housekeeping was disappointing—old towels from the previous day were left until we requested them to be cleared. The restaurant offered good food but had limited vegetarian options and a less relaxed atmosphere. Activities like boat tours seemed overpriced, so we opted for private bookings. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement in maintenance and service."
