„Großartiges Hotel in super Lage, Zentrum fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Flughafentransfer in beide Richtungen inklusive. Mein Zimmer war absolut ruhig, super klimatisiert. Alles sehr sauber, tolle Dusche, tolles Bett. Frühstück super.“

„The best place to stay when you're in downtown Bandar Seri Begawan, honestly! The location of the hotel is unbeatable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is tasty, the rooms are clean and cozy and there's free drinking water on every floor. The wording of the self-declaration on their website is: "Truly one of the finest golf, meeting and spa resorts in the Asia Pacific Region." Unfortunately, we did not find the service and quality of the hotel to be that good. We were bitterly disappointed! The service is extremely below average for a 5-star hotel. The management is clearly overwhelmed by the quality mentioned. Gold decorations are no help if basic points are not ...
