„Very nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isn’t that cold but there’s a fan to make up for it. Amenities such as dental kit and shower gel were provided which is great 👌 Lastly, at night it can be very noisy due to poor soundproofing. There’s a police station opposite and the siren kept ringing non stop 😔😔“

„My stay was like a fairy tale. The room was beautifully decorated and the online reservation via email was handled very well. Upon arrival I was greeted very warmly. The location was great. „1. Staff are super nice and polite. 2. Bed is very hard, didn’t sleep well. 3. Noise from the road right in front made it not so easy to fall asleep. 4. Air con was cool and nice 5. Shower was warm and strong enough. 6. Sealant and some parts of the walls in bathroom either too old or moulded and appeared dark 7. No fridge 8. Convenient location of quite some restaurants within walking distance“

„We love the breakfast spread. The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable. We just find the bathroom glass door a bit weird. It is difficult to open from inside. “

„Love the room and bathroom space, love the wide windows, the walking distant to KSL and some F&B. Can improve with some (not all) customer services, the TV channels and what guests have to park at level 4 & 5 where the driveways up and down are so narrow, add a handhold shower option in the shower, repair the shaky bathroom holders and faulty bathtub stopper.“

„Clean and decent. Rooms are generally comfortable, only thing is don’t have warbrobe. Having mahjong room is great! Booked 2 units and 1 of them don’t have frying pan for own cooking. Overall still clean and decent accommodation. “
