I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. „While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money.“

„The stay at Excelsis was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and eager to make the stay comfortable. The food was good, I recommend their chicken fried rice. Breakfast was well prepared as I ordered off the menu, the Spanish omelette was magnificent. All in all a great first stay. Keep up the great work. “
